This full-time, on-site position calls for a seasoned finance executive with direct skilled nursing experience who can scale operations responsibly across a growing footprint. Periodic multi-state travel is part of the role, and relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates moving to Charleston, IL or nearby communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the overall financial strategy, planning, and reporting for the organization's skilled nursing operations.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls across a multi-state portfolio of facilities.
- Partner with executive leadership to support sustainable growth and operational expansion.
- Manage cash flow, reimbursement, and compliance matters specific to skilled nursing and long-term care.
- Travel as needed to support and review the performance of facilities across multiple states.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a CFO or senior financial leader, with hands-on skilled nursing experience required.
- Strong command of healthcare finance, reimbursement, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to oversee finances across multiple sites and states.
- Willingness to work on-site in Charleston, Illinois and travel across a multi-state portfolio.
