Boys & Girls Clubs of America is searching for a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead the Boys & Girls Club of Boone County (BGCBC) and shape brighter futures for the young people we serve. About the Role
As Chief Executive Officer of the Boys & Girls Club of Boone County, you will set the strategic course for the entire organization, overseeing daily operations while championing the programs and people that make our impact possible. Working in close partnership with the Board of Directors, you'll provide the vision, guidance, and steady leadership needed to help children and teens reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the overall planning, strategy, and day-to-day operation of the organization.
- Provide leadership, direction, and hands-on support to the Board of Directors.
- Advance the mission of the Boys & Girls Club of Boone County by strengthening programs that benefit local youth.
- Guide staff, volunteers, and community partners toward shared organizational goals.
- Serve as a visible ambassador for the Club within the Boone County community.
