PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer to lead enterprise-wide compliance and ethics across our US operations. This full-time, in-office executive role anchors the integrity of every program, policy, and decision we make.
About the Role
As Chief Compliance Officer at PT Solutions Physical Therapy, you will own the strategic direction and day-to-day stewardship of the organization's compliance and ethics function. Reporting to senior leadership and partnering closely with the Board of Directors, you will act as a go-to advisor on regulatory matters, helping the business operate within the bounds of the law while upholding the highest ethical standards. This is a US-based, on-site leadership position for an experienced compliance professional ready to shape culture at the executive level.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, lead, and continuously strengthen the organization's compliance and ethics program.
- Ensure all business operations and activities align with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Identify, assess, and help mitigate compliance and regulatory risk across the enterprise.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and the Board of Directors on compliance and ethics matters.
- Champion a culture of integrity and accountability throughout the company.
Qualifications
- Proven executive-level experience leading a compliance and ethics program.
- Deep working knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong judgment and the ability to advise senior leadership and a Board of Directors.
- Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct.
- Authorization to work full-time, on-site within the United States.
