About the Role
As a Chemical Blender at AU Solutions, you'll be responsible for preparing and mixing chemical batches according to precise formulation specifications. This is a hands-on position that supports both laboratory and production operations, ensuring every batch meets quality standards while maintaining a clean, compliant, and efficient work environment.
What You'll Do
- Review batch specifications and determine mixing requirements based on formulation guidelines
- Safely prepare, measure, and combine chemical ingredients using proper techniques and equipment
- Monitor blending processes to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications
- Document batch preparation, mix ratios, and process observations accurately
- Perform quality checks on finished batches and report results
- Maintain equipment and work areas to meet safety, cleanliness, and regulatory standards
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of chemicals and personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Support laboratory and production teams as needed

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with chemical mixing, batch preparation, or similar production work (preferred)
