This position provides 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes and school settings. We do not provide clinic-based services.

Current Opportunity

We’re actively growing our team in the Centralia area and are hiring Certified Behavior Technicians for current and upcoming home and school-based cases. Hours vary based on client availability and your schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs
• Deliver services in clients’ homes and school settings
• Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment for every client
• Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

What You’ll Need

Required

An active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification is required. We do not currently offer training to obtain the certification. 

Applicants without an active CBT certification will not be considered.

• Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and schools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassion, patience, and a passion for helping children succeed

Preferred

• Two or more years of experience working with children
• Previous ABA therapy experience
