About the Role

As a CDS Full Time Event Manager - Product Demonstration, you will lead the in-store product sampling program at a local warehouse club. This on-site role centers on building and guiding a team of Product Demonstrators while ensuring every Club member enjoys a polished, welcoming demonstration experience. Success depends on clear, consistent coordination across warehouse leadership, vendor partners, and your demonstration staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of in-store Product Demonstrators
• Oversee daily product preparation, setup, and on-floor presentation
• Train new and existing team members on demonstration standards and food-sampling practices
• Deliver attentive, high-quality service to all Club members
• Maintain ongoing communication with warehouse managers and vendor representatives
• Ensure events run smoothly, professionally, and on schedule

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with managers, vendors, and staff
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and supervise a team
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, or staff oversight is an advantage
• Organized approach to managing product preparation and event logistics
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to excellent service
• Availability to work on-site in Kenosha, Kenosha County, on a full-time basis
