PFG Customized, a leading food service distribution company, is hiring a full-time CDL Class A Delivery Truck Driver in Creston, Wayne County. As a key member of our transportation team, you'll deliver premium food products and supplies to dining establishments throughout the region, ensuring every shipment arrives safely and on time.
About the Role
This full-time position is essential to connecting PFG Customized with our restaurant and food service clients. Your reliable delivery of products keeps our customers' operations running smoothly and builds trust in our brand across the region.
What You'll Do
- Operate a commercial delivery vehicle to transport food and food-related products across assigned routes
- Ensure safe, timely delivery of products to dining establishments and food service accounts
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine safety checks
- Follow all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company safety protocols
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through professional, courteous service
- Document delivery confirmations and maintain accurate trip records
- Handle products with care to preserve quality and integrity throughout transport
What We're Looking For
- Current, valid CDL Class A driver's license
- Clean driving record and strong safety awareness
- Commercial truck operation experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to lift and handle products regularly
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-first approach to work
- Flexibility to accommodate delivery schedules as needed
