Earn a competitive salary ranging from $78,000 - $109,200 annually. Home every two weeks is standard for this position. Additionally, performance bonuses are available after 90 days and at the one-year mark. The company also offers up to a 2 CPM increase upon reaching these milestones. APL Cargo provides an excellent starting rate of 62 CPM, with potential increases based on performance. After one year, a guaranteed 1 CPM annual increase is provided. Drivers who choose the independent contractor (1099) status can earn up to 70 CPM.
