About the Role

As a CDL A Tanker Driver with Heniff Transportation, you'll operate specialized tanker trucks carrying food-grade and Hazmat freight. Our Blair, Nebraska terminal specializes in food-grade tank hauling, with approximately 80% of loads consisting of Hazmat food-grade lactic acid. We hire both Company Drivers and Owner Operators for this position.

What You'll Do

• Operate a commercial tanker truck with current CDL A licensure and Hazmat endorsement
• Transport food-grade and Hazmat liquid freight safely to designated destinations
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
• Complete delivery documentation and maintain accurate DOT logs
• Comply with all Department of Transportation regulations and safety standards

What We're Looking For

• Valid CDL A license with current Hazmat endorsement
• Clean, professional driving record
• Prior experience operating tanker trucks preferred
• Working knowledge of food-grade and Hazmat cargo procedures
• Ability to maintain DOT medical certification and safety requirements
