About the Role

This is a full-time, over-the-road (OTR) opportunity built for CDL-A drivers ready to grow toward truck ownership through a structured lease purchase program. Running refrigerated freight, you'll haul temperature-sensitive loads across national lanes while earning a competitive share of gross revenue. Solo owner-operators at K1 TRANSFREIGHT INC have the potential to gross between $7,000 and $15,000 per week, depending on trailer selection and lane performance.

What You'll Do

• Operate a refrigerated (reefer) trailer on OTR routes as an independent owner-operator under a lease purchase agreement
• Transport temperature-controlled freight safely and on schedule to customers across the country
• Maintain accurate electronic logs in compliance with FMCSA hours-of-service rules
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections per DOT requirements
• Communicate proactively with dispatch on load status, ETAs, and delivery confirmations
• Adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local commercial vehicle regulations

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• Experience running OTR routes, preferably with refrigerated or temperature-sensitive freight
• Clean driving record and the ability to pass DOT physical and background screening
• Readiness to operate under a lease purchase / owner-operator business model
• Strong time management, professionalism, and commitment to on-time delivery
• Immediate availability preferred — start dates are open ASAP

• Driver weekly earnings: $3,600–$8,200
• Owner-operators earn 88% of gross revenue
