About This Position
GulfMark Energy is currently seeking CDL A Local Heavy Haul Oil Tanker Drivers for full-time positions in Ingham County, Michigan. As a driver, you will be responsible for taking oil samples and conducting tests, loading crude oil into an 8-axle tanker trailer, and delivering it to local injection sites.
Responsibilities
- Taking and testing oil samples at the site of operation
- Loading crude oil onto an 8-axle tanker trailer
- Locally transporting the loaded tanker trailers to designated injection sites
- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, including weights and volumes
What We're Looking For
- A valid CDL A license with an appropriate endorsement for hazardous materials
- Previous experience in heavy haul or oil tanker driving is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
- Demonstrated attention to safety, both personal and operational
- A strong commitment to integrity, honesty, hard work, and loyalty as demonstrated by your previous employment history
