About the Role

As a CDL A Company Driver (OTR, Refrigerated), you'll haul temperature-controlled loads on solo long-haul routes as a full-time W2 employee. Expect to average 2,000 to 3,000 miles each week, with weekly pay typically landing between $1,000 and $1,500. This is a hands-on driving position that includes roughly 25% driver load and unload responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A vehicle safely on over-the-road, refrigerated routes
• Transport temperature-sensitive freight while maintaining proper cargo conditions
• Handle driver load and unload duties for approximately 25% of shipments
• Average 2,000 to 3,000 miles per week as a solo company driver
• Plan trips around expected runs of 7 to 10 days out before returning home

Qualifications

• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL A)
• No L or Z restrictions on your license
• Willingness to commit to OTR schedules with extended time on the road
• Comfort operating refrigerated equipment and managing solo hauls
