This is a full-time, W2 solo driving position built for experienced drivers who want steady local miles and regular home time.
About the Role
As a local tanker and end dump driver, you will operate both tanker and dump trailers on day-shift routes near Merit, Hunt County. This is a solo, W2 company driver role with no loading or unloading required of the driver. Expect roughly 2,000 to 2,800 miles per week with a typical weekly average pay of $1,500 to $2,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A equipment pulling tanker and end dump trailers
- Complete local hauls on a day-shift schedule
- Maintain compliance with DOT and safety regulations during every run
- Keep accurate logs and conduct routine pre- and post-trip inspections
- Coordinate with dispatch to meet delivery schedules (no driver load/unload)
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Eligible to work as a W2 solo company driver
- Prior end dump experience is a plus
- Military experience is welcomed and valued
- Clean driving record and commitment to safe operation
Schedule & Compensation
- Local, day-shift routes — no overnight long-haul
- Schedule of 6 days on, 1 day off
- Home at least 3 weekends each month
- Weekly average pay of $1,500 - $2,000
- Approximately 2,000 - 2,800 miles per week
- Paid vacation
