This is an over-the-road position with regular dispatch schedules and strong earning potential for drivers at every experience level. What You'll Do Operate company-maintained dry van equipment on assigned over-the-road routes Run a typical 12-day out/2-day home cycle Accumulate approximately 2,000 miles per week on average Perform DOT-required pre-trip and post-trip inspections Deliver freight safely, on-time, and in compliance with federal regulations Maintain accurate logbooks and required operational documentation What We're Looking For Valid CDL-A license with air brake endorsement Minimum 1 to 5 months of documented truck driving experience Acceptable driving record meeting company standards Ability to pass DOT medical certification and background screening Dedication to safety, compliance, and professional standards Compensation & Benefits Solo drivers earn 57-64 cents per mile based on experience, with top performers in our fleet reaching $1,700 weekly. We guarantee a minimum weekly pay of $1,500 on our standard 12-out/2-home schedule, plus a $4,000 sign-on bonus to start your career with us.
