Solo drivers average 2,000 miles per week, while team drivers push approximately 5,000 miles per week together. The standard rotation runs 12 days out with 2 days home, giving you a predictable rhythm on the road. What You'll Earn Solo CPM rate of 57–64 cents per mile, scaled to your experience level Guaranteed weekly minimum pay of $1,500 for solo drivers Top 20% of U.S. Xpress OTR solo drivers take home $1,650 or more per week $4,000 sign-on bonus for solo CDL-A drivers Team drivers earn $0.72–$0.80 CPM split and qualify for a $5,000 sign-on bonus (split between partners) No team partner?
