The Opportunity

We’re currently seeking Casual Educators for centres located around Caloundra. If you are passionate about working with children and looking for flexible work in early childhood education, this role is perfect for you. As a Casual Educator, you’ll support the permanent staff in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and grow.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Supporting the permanent staff in various aspects of early childhood education
• Creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children to thrive in
• Assisting with educational activities that promote learning and development
• Ensuring the well-being and safety of all children under your care
• Participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities as required

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A relevant early childhood education qualification or equivalent experience
• A current first aid certificate
• A valid Working with Children Check
• The ability to work flexibly and adapt to different environments
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
