Case Management Support

Devereux is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Case Management Support professional to join our team on Hutchinson Island in St. Lucie County. In this full-time, on-site role, you will help connect children and families with the services and resources they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to case management staff serving children and families.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with program standards.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure participants receive timely, well-coordinated care.
