About the Role
As a Caregiver with Tandem Care in Mission Viejo, Orange County, you'll provide attentive, continuous support to clients throughout South OC. Our Continuous Care program is designed around reliable scheduling, so you can build trusting relationships with the people you serve while enjoying the stability of recurring assignments rather than unpredictable shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate personal care and companionship to clients in their homes
- Cover consistent overnight assignments with the same individuals each week
- Support daily living activities while respecting each client's dignity and routine
- Communicate clearly with families and the Tandem Care team about client needs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for those in your care
Qualifications
- Prior hands-on caregiving experience
- Reliability and a commitment to showing up for recurring weekly schedules
- Availability for full-time, overnight assignments
- Ability to work on-site at locations across South Orange County, including Costa Mesa, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, Laguna Niguel, and nearby communities
- A caring, patient, and dependable approach to client support
