About the Role
York is hiring compassionate Caregivers (CNA/HHA) to deliver dependable, hands-on personal care across Bryansville and the wider York County area. In this position you become a trusted daily presence for the seniors you serve, helping them maintain dignity, routine, and connection while remaining safely at home rather than in a facility. Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
- Support light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Provide companionship and encourage social and emotional well-being.
- Monitor each client's condition and communicate changes to family members and care coordinators.
- Follow individual care plans while respecting each person's preferences and independence.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Caregiver, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Home Health Aide (HHA) is preferred.
- A genuine commitment to treating seniors with patience, kindness, and respect.
- Reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in clients' homes.
- Willingness to work full-time hours within the York County region.
