About the Role

PSL is hiring a compassionate Caregiver / Care Partner for our first-shift schedule, working 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at our senior living community in Leander, Williamson County. The starting wage for this position is $18–$20 per hour. If you genuinely enjoy supporting older adults and want work that feels meaningful, this is a chance to make a real difference every single day.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with the activities of daily living, including personal care, mobility, and hygiene.
• Build trusting, respectful relationships with each resident as their dedicated Care Partner.
• Promote the comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well-being of every senior in your care.
• Work alongside your team to deliver attentive, person-centered support throughout the morning shift.
