Key Responsibilities

• Document care accurately and respond promptly to changing patient needs.
• Uphold safety standards and quality-of-care practices throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Active credentialing as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• A minimum of one to two years of relevant cardiopulmonary or respiratory therapy experience.
• Confidence working independently within a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, patient-centered approach.
• Willingness to take on a full-time, on-site assignment in Ellensburg, Kittitas County.
