UOH UPS Inc (Ohio) is hiring a UPS Capital Regional Sales Manager – Enterprise to lead a multi-layered sales organization across the United States, driving revenue, margin, and pipeline performance for a Fortune Global 500 company.
About the Role
As the UPS Capital Regional Sales Manager – Enterprise, you will own the regional sales strategy and guide a team of Sales Managers who, in turn, oversee cultivation Business Development Officers (BDOs). This full-time position calls for a data-driven leader who can turn strategy into disciplined daily execution, inspect progress closely, and move quickly to close performance gaps while building a culture rooted in accountability and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of Sales Managers overseeing cultivation BDOs.
- Join in-person and virtual sales calls to observe, support, and deliver post-call coaching.
- Execute regional sales strategy tied to company objectives, revenue goals, and portfolio growth.
- Run regular performance reviews, pipeline inspections, and deal-coaching sessions.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM adoption.
- Track key metrics, identify shortfalls, and take decisive corrective action.
- Partner with marketing, product, underwriting, channel partners, and UPS sales teams to expand enterprise opportunities.
- Hire, onboard, and develop top sales talent, and build succession plans.
- Drive engagement through consistent communication, recognition, and visible leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
- Valid property & casualty insurance license.
- Background in financial services, insurance, or risk-based products.
- 3+ years of sales experience, including time as a BDO.
- Demonstrated success growing revenue and hitting goals across acquisition and cultivation models.
- Hands-on experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and presentation ability.
- Advanced skills with CRM and analytics platforms such as Salesforce, Power BI, and Anaplan.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. for this employer.
