About the Role
As the CAD Designer - 3D & Graphic supporting Tara Toy, you will sit within the Product Design department and report directly to the Director of Product Design. Based on-site in Hauppauge, New York, you will translate creative concepts into manufacturable 3D models and polished graphic assets that bring family-focused toy products to life. This role offers an annual salary of $80,000 - $90,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Build accurate, production-ready 3D CAD models for the Tara Toy product range.
- Develop graphic design elements that complement and support each product design.
- Partner closely with the Director of Product Design and the broader Product Design team to refine concepts.
- Prepare and maintain technical files suitable for manufacturing and tooling.
- Help ensure designs align with brand standards across promotional and everyday consumer goods.
Qualifications
- Hands-on proficiency with 3D CAD modeling software for consumer product design.
- Solid graphic design skills, ideally applied to packaging or product visuals.
- An eye for detail and the ability to deliver work that is both creative and trend-aware.
- Comfort collaborating within a fast-moving Product Design team on-site in Hauppauge.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet production timelines.
