About the Team:
The Terrestrial Software team is building the foundation for an automated rocket factory and integrated launch platform. Their mission is to automate and streamline workflows across the entire lifecycle of Terran R, from raw material intake to launch operations and eventually manufacturing on Mars. Today, that means partnering directly with teams across design, materials, manufacturing, and test and launch to design, implement, and deploy end-user enterprise-wide applications, industrial automation, data analytics infrastructure, and next-generation AI to solve real problems and accelerate progress. Long term, the team is laying the groundwork for a modular, scalable software platform that can power highly autonomous operations on Earth and beyond. This is a team for builders and thinkers who thrive on cross-functional impact and want to shape the digital backbone of our future in space.
About the Role:
We’re seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance our enterprise applications, with a focus on ERP/MES systems within a manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to troubleshoot issues, improve system functionality, and support ongoing system initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day support for enterprise applications, including troubleshooting system issues and responding to user inquiries
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand issues, gather requirements, and support process improvements
- Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of system enhancements and updates
- Analyze system behavior and user feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Document processes, known issues, and solutions to support knowledge sharing and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Software Engineering, Product, and Operations to resolve issues and support system changes
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and training efforts for new features or system updates
About You
- Foundational understanding of enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, HRIS, or similar platforms
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and translate business needs into clear problem statements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across both technical and non-technical teams
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with an interest in improving business processes through technology
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or operations environments
- Experience supporting or working with ERP/MES or related systems (e.g., WMS, PLM, QMS)
- Familiarity with system configuration, data analysis, or process documentation
- Experience participating in system implementations or enhancement projects
