Core Duties Manage correspondence, scheduling, and meeting coordination for senior staff and departments Prepare and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems to support operations Provide administrative support for secretariat functions, including document preparation and distribution Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and site visits involving field office personnel Process routine requests and maintain office systems that enable smooth daily operations Liaise between departments and external partners to facilitate communication and programme delivery What You Bring Proven experience in administrative or secretariat support roles Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages (particularly Arabic) are advantageous Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with digital systems Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Commitment to WFP's humanitarian mission and values Working at WFP The World Food Programme is the UN's humanitarian agency fighting hunger globally.
