What You'll Do
- Support the driver in maintaining a safe, orderly environment aboard the school bus
- Assist students with boarding and exiting the vehicle safely and efficiently

- Monitor student behavior and enforce district safety policies and procedures
- Ensure students remain seated properly and follow seatbelt and seating requirements
- Assist students who require mobility or behavioral support during transportation
- Report safety concerns, behavioral incidents, or equipment issues to supervisors
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the bus
- Complete required training and certifications as directed by BCPS
