About the Role
As a Bulk Driver for Nippon Sanso Matheson in Bellville, TX, you'll operate a commercial vehicle to transport and deliver compressed gas cylinders to industrial, commercial, and customer locations throughout our service region. You'll handle the critical logistics of moving materials that keep our customers' operations running safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Operate a Class A commercial truck to transport compressed gas cylinders and related products across the region
- Execute deliveries and pickups following established routes and customer service standards
- Safely load, secure, and unload bulk gas containers according to DOT and hazmat regulations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety compliance
- Maintain accurate delivery records, customer documentation, and logistical reports
- Provide professional service to customers at delivery locations
- Adhere to all federal and state transportation regulations, speed limits, and driving hours
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with current Hazmat endorsement
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience (preferred)
- Clean driving record and passing DOT medical examination
- Ability to work full-time schedules with occasional overtime
- Strong safety awareness and commitment to regulatory compliance
- Physical capability to assist with loading and unloading operations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
