About the Role

As our Building Maintenance Technician, you'll manage the day-to-day upkeep of our facility systems and grounds. Working independently within your assigned service area, you'll balance proactive preventative maintenance with responsive repairs, ensuring our building remains safe, functional, and well-maintained.

What You'll Do

• Execute preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Respond to facility maintenance requests and diagnose equipment failures
• Coordinate repairs and manage contractor work to maintain quality and timelines
• Conduct routine facility inspections to identify and address maintenance needs early
• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance
• Verify compliance with building codes and safety standards
• Perform hands-on repairs to building systems and infrastructure components

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience as a Building Maintenance Technician or in a related facility maintenance role
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building repair
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on the fly
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Comfortable lifting 50 pounds regularly and working in varied conditions
• Detail-oriented with genuine commitment to safety and quality workmanship
