Work collaboratively with other departments to support their maintenance needs and ensure smooth operations. Who We're Looking For We are looking for a candidate who is: Possesses a trade qualification in building or mechanical maintenance, or equivalent experience. A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiar with safety protocols and regulations related to building maintenance. Able to lift and carry heavy materials and tools, and work in various weather conditions.
