Your Responsibilities
- Represent Whizz at community events, delivery hubs, and rider meetups across SoMa and surrounding neighborhoods
- Educate delivery professionals about Whizz e-bike features, benefits, and how to access affordable mobility solutions
- Build genuine relationships with riders, partners, and local stakeholders to foster brand loyalty and trust
- Share compelling stories about real rider experiences and Whizz's impact on urban delivery
- Gather feedback from the community and relay insights to the team to strengthen our offerings
- Support promotional campaigns and initiatives that drive awareness of our e-bike solutions
What We're Looking For
- A natural communicator who can explain complex products in simple, relatable terms
- Genuine enthusiasm for sustainable transportation and urban mobility innovation
- Proven ability to build authentic relationships and earn trust in a community-focused setting
- Comfort working independently while representing a professional brand image
- Familiarity with San Francisco's delivery ecosystem and local culture is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to manage events, follow-ups, and outreach activities
