- Bank Reconciliation
- Raising sales invoices
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable reports
- Monthly preparation of cashflow and accrual accounting
- Payroll processing
- Preparing work of high quality in an efficient manner supporting
o Preparing BAS returnso Weekly bookkeeping including bank reconciliation,payroll, accounts payableo Practice management and ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements
- Tertiary Accounting Qualifications – BS Accountancy
- Worked in a bookkeeping/accounting practice for an Australian
- Strong knowledge of Australian GST & PAYG.
- Preparing a variety of different business BAS/IAS Statements.
- Australian Payroll processing is a must
- Must be competent in Xero
- Must have at least 2-4yrs of Australian Accounting experience
