This is a full-time position with a parent-founded, clinician-led organization committed to delivering evidence-based applied behavior analysis and measurable client outcomes.
About the Role
As a BCBA with our team, you'll drive individualized treatment plans grounded in behavioral science, oversee clinical staff implementation, and directly support children and families navigating autism spectrum and developmental challenges. You'll combine clinical expertise with collaborative leadership to create real, lasting change in clients' lives.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments and develop treatment goals aligned with client and family priorities
- Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and clinical staff, ensuring fidelity to evidence-based protocols
- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting strategies to drive measurable improvements
- Partner with families to explain assessment findings, teach strategies, and celebrate milestones
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and clinical standards
- Contribute to a collaborative culture where clinical excellence and family-centered care are central
What We're Looking For
- Board Certification by the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board)
- Demonstrated experience in ABA assessment, treatment planning, and supervision
- Strong communication skills with families, staff, and interdisciplinary teams
- Commitment to outcome-driven, evidence-based practice
- Ability to work collaboratively in a clinician-led environment
