Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Maynard Public Schools - Maynard, Middlesex County Position Summary Maynard Public Schools is seeking a collaborative, student-centered Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with behavioral, social-emotional, developmental, and autism-related needs across the district. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to partner with educators, related service providers, administrators, families, and outside agencies to develop and implement evidence-based programs that enhance educational outcomes for all students. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of student needs Create individualized behavioral intervention plans (BIPs) Train staff on the implementation of BIPs and other evidence-based practices Monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary Collaborate with educators, related service providers, administrators, families, and outside agencies to ensure consistency in support strategies Attend meetings and provide input on student progress and program development What You Bring A Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., special education, psychology) Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Experience working with students with behavioral, social-emotional, developmental, and autism-related needs A passion for evidence-based practices and a commitment to student success Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment More About Maynard Public Schools Maynard Public Schools is dedicated to providing high-quality educational experiences that foster the academic, social-emotional, and behavioral growth of all students.
