Bilingual Property Manager – Apartment Community

Monarch Investment and Management Group is hiring an experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations at the Meadow Lark Apartments, a 199-unit market-rate community in Aurora, Arapahoe County. About the Role

As the Bilingual Property Manager for Meadow Lark Apartments in Aurora, CO, you'll oversee a residential portfolio that includes one- and two-bedroom apartments alongside two- and three-bedroom townhomes. Because Monarch owns and self-manages its communities with in-house support staff, you'll have hands-on resources to deliver an exceptional living experience while keeping the property performing at its best.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations across all 199 market-rate units, including apartments and townhomes.
• Build trust with current and prospective residents in both English and Spanish.
• Coordinate leasing, renewals, and occupancy goals to keep the community full and financially healthy.
• Partner with in-house maintenance and support teams to address resident needs promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure the property meets company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing a residential apartment community.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (bilingual communication required).
• Strong organizational, leadership, and resident-service skills.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Aurora, Arapahoe County (this role is not remote).
