About the Role
As a Bilingual Paralegal at John F. Waldron Law Firm, you'll be instrumental in maintaining efficient law practice operations. Your bilingual capabilities and legal knowledge will directly enable our firm to serve our diverse client base effectively while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and legal ethics. You'll work in close collaboration with our attorney, managing all facets of case administration, client relations, and day-to-day firm operations.
What You'll Do
- Organize and maintain comprehensive client files, documents, and filing systems for cases across multiple jurisdictions
- Prepare legal documents, pleadings, correspondence, and related materials with precision
- Conduct client intake interviews and communications in both English and Spanish
- Assist with legal research and case preparation under attorney direction
- Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel on case-related matters
- Manage law office software systems and case management databases
- Maintain attorney schedules, track critical deadlines, and coordinate appointments
- Handle time tracking, billing records, and other essential administrative functions
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish—required for client-facing responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience or training in legal administration and paralegal work
- Proficiency with legal software platforms and office technology
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
