About the Role
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Bilingual Live Medical Scribe to support U.S.-based healthcare providers with real-time clinical documentation, medical charting, and patient care coordination.
This role is ideal for healthcare professionals with strong medical terminology knowledge who thrive in fast-paced clinical environments and can accurately document patient encounters in real time while maintaining strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
The ideal candidate is highly focused, efficient, and capable of supporting physicians and healthcare providers through accurate documentation, follow-up coordination, and administrative clinical support.
This position plays a critical role in improving provider efficiency, streamlining workflows, and enhancing the overall patient care experience.
Key Responsibilities
Live Medical Documentation

Document patient consultations and procedures live during appointments

Prepare and review medical charts before and after patient visits

Capture accurate:

Patient histories

Exam findings

Treatment plans

Clinical notes

Format documentation using:

SOAP notes
-
Provider-specific templates

EMR/EHR systems

Maintain accurate and organized medical records
Clinical & Administrative Support

Support provider follow-ups and patient communication workflows

Assist with:

Orders
-
Documentation updates

Clinical coordination
-
Administrative follow-up tasks

Verify prescriptions and initiate prior authorizations when needed
-
Coordinate documentation with healthcare providers and clinical staff
-
Help maintain efficient patient flow and provider productivity
Compliance & Documentation Accuracy

Maintain HIPAA compliance and strict patient confidentiality
-
Ensure all medical documentation remains accurate, complete, and audit-ready
-
Follow provider documentation standards and clinical workflows
-
Stay updated on medical terminology and healthcare documentation best practices
Requirements
-
Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) — REQUIRED
-
English proficiency level: C1 or higher required

Minimum 6+ months of experience as a:

Medical scribe
-
Dental scribe
-
Clinical documentation specialist
for U.S.-based healthcare providers

Graduate of an allied medical program strongly preferred:

MD
-
DMD
-
RN
-
Similar healthcare-related backgrounds
-

Minimum typing speed of 70+ WPM

Strong understanding of:
