The Opportunity
BCDG is seeking a mission-driven, execution-oriented CEO to lead NHS of Los Angeles County into its next phase of impact. Reporting directly to the Board, the CEO will be responsible for implementing the Strategic Plan, deepening member value, growing national visibility and influence, diversifying funding sources, and building the organizational infrastructure necessary for scaling.

Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in nonprofit leadership, strategic planning, and fundraising. Experience with organizational growth and development is highly desirable.
