The Opportunity

Ruby Tuesday is seeking a full-time Bartender for our Effingham location. In this role, you'll manage both our bar operation and service bar, delivering exceptional beverage service and creating memorable experiences for every guest. You'll be the foundation of a high-performing hospitality team in a proven casual dining setting.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to bar patrons and dining room guests according to Ruby Tuesday's established recipes, standards, and procedures
• Execute drink orders from the service bar with speed and accuracy, maintaining Ruby Tuesday's quality standards
• Provide attentive food service to guests seated in the bar area, ensuring seamless coordination between beverage and dining service
• Build genuine relationships with guests to drive repeat business and positive word-of-mouth
• Meet and exceed daily sales targets through knowledge-driven beverage recommendations and exceptional service
• Maintain an organized, well-stocked, and clean bar throughout your shift

Who We're Looking For

• Proven bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or bar environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and mixology techniques
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and bar equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
