Barback

HM Alpha Hotels & Resorts is hiring a full‑time Barback to support its bar team in Nashville, Davidson County.

About the Role

As a Barback, you will keep the bar area stocked, clean, and ready for smooth service, enabling bartenders to focus on crafting drinks and engaging guests.

What You'll Do

• Inventory glassware, ice, disposable supplies, and other bar essentials before each shift.
• Restock items throughout the service period to maintain optimal levels.
• Assist bartenders by preparing garnishes, changing kegs, and handling beverage deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar surface, equipment, and surrounding areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Help with opening and closing duties, including breaking down the bar and securing inventory.
• Communicate promptly with the bar team about low‑stock items or any operational needs.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move cases of beverages, kegs, and supplies safely.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to anticipating needs.
• Excellent teamwork skills and a positive, guest‑focused attitude.
• Reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of bar operations and safety protocols.
