As the House Manager & Family Assistant (with Backup Childcare & Pet Support) you will serve as the go-to organizer for everyday home operations in New York, New York. You will blend proactive household management with hands-on family support, stepping in for backup childcare and thoughtful pet care so the household stays balanced and efficient. Core Duties

• Oversee daily household organization, including inventory management, meal planning support, and coordination of vendors or maintenance visits
• Handle personal errands, light grocery shopping, packing for trips, and calendar coordination to free up family time
• Provide backup childcare on short notice, engaging children safely with age-appropriate activities and routines
• Deliver pet support such as walks, feeding, grooming touch-ups, and vet visit documentation when primary caregivers are unavailable
