About the Role

As an Automotive Technician at Chuck Nash Auto Group, you'll be at the center of our service operation, working directly with customers and their vehicles. You'll perform both routine maintenance and complex diagnostic work, using industry-standard tools and equipment to keep our customers' vehicles running safely and reliably. This is a hands-on position where your expertise directly impacts customer satisfaction and our dealership's reputation for quality service.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic equipment and tools
• Perform repair and maintenance work on customer vehicles to manufacturer specifications
• Document all work completed, parts used, and time spent on each job
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company service standards
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers about vehicle condition and repair needs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and manage tools responsibly
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and computer-based vehicle systems
• Complete work efficiently without compromising quality or safety

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with common diagnostic tools and automotive equipment
• Knowledge of vehicle electrical, mechanical, and computer systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• ASE certification or equivalent qualifications preferred
