Auto Body Technician

About the Role

As an Auto Body Technician at Crash Champions, you'll perform precision collision repairs, metal and plastic restoration work, and frame alignment on a wide range of vehicles. This is a hands-on position where your expertise directly impacts customer satisfaction and vehicle safety.

What You'll Do

• Inspect and diagnose vehicle damage from collision, weather, and wear
• Remove, repair, and replace damaged body panels, doors, fenders, and structural components
• Perform welding, cutting, and metal straightening using industry-standard equipment
• Conduct frame and alignment checks to factory specifications
• Prepare surfaces for painting and coordinate with finishing teams
• Document repair work and communicate progress with service advisors and customers
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety protocols

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or collision repair specialist
• Proficiency with body repair tools, diagnostic equipment, and measurement systems
• Knowledge of vehicle structure, materials, and repair techniques
• Ability to read technical drawings and repair estimates
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
