Role Overview

As a Store Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our retail operations—handling everything from processing transactions to maintaining an organized, customer-ready sales floor. You'll work directly with our team to ensure smooth daily operations and deliver reliable support across inventory management, customer interactions, and point-of-sale transactions.

Core Duties

• Process customer transactions and sales through our point-of-sale system
• Reconcile and close out cash registers at the end of shifts
• Receive incoming merchandise shipments and verify inventory accuracy
• Stock and arrange products on the sales floor to maintain visual organization
• Maintain accurate inventory records and organize backroom storage
• Package customer purchases with care and attention to detail
• Provide friendly, responsive customer service and address customer inquiries
