Pacvue establishing a local presence in LATAM, building out a new hub in Mexico City, where we plan to open an office soon. Roles will begin fully remote and transition to a hybrid schedule of three days per week in-office once the space is established. We’re seeking Mexico City–based candidates who are excited to help launch and scale this new location.

About the Role:

Pacvue is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the execution of defined cross-functional marketing initiatives in partnership with the Marketing and Creative teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage projects from intake through delivery while ensuring clear scope, strong stakeholder alignment, and on-time execution in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage marketing and creative projects from intake through delivery, maintaining clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables  
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, Creative, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and deadlines 
  • Oversee the creative intake and production workflow, ensuring briefs are complete, feedback is consolidated, revisions are tracked, and final assets are delivered accurately and on schedule 
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and status reporting, proactively monitoring progress, identifying risks or bottlenecks, and escalating issues as needed to ensure timely execution 

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, creative operations, or a related coordination role 
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple concurrent projects in a deadline-driven environment 
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional stakeholders 
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Experience working with project management and collaboration tools in a professional environment
