About the Role
As Associate Director of Product Marketing, you'll own the complete marketing narrative for assigned franchises in North America and beyond. This is a leadership position that demands both strategic acumen and operational excellence — you'll shape how millions of players discover and connect with our games.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that align with business objectives and franchise roadmaps
- Lead campaign conception, messaging development, and multi-channel launch execution from pre-announcement through post-launch momentum
- Partner across development, live operations, publishing, and community teams to ensure marketing strategy supports product evolution
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify positioning opportunities and audience insights
- Manage marketing budgets, track KPIs, and report on campaign performance and return on investment
- Build and mentor marketing talent, setting vision and standards for creative and analytical excellence
- Monitor player sentiment, engagement trends, and community feedback to inform strategy adjustments
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of product marketing experience, with proven success launching and sustaining titles or comparable entertainment properties
- Leadership experience managing teams or major cross-functional initiatives
- Deep understanding of gaming audiences, player behavior, and industry trends
- Mastery of marketing strategy, consumer targeting, and campaign measurement
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience in a fast-paced, creative environment where strategic thinking and adaptability are essential
