About the Role

As Associate Director of Media Buying, you'll take on a leadership role driving the planning, negotiation, and optimization of media placements across channels. This full-time position puts you at the center of our media strategy operations, partnering with creative and account teams to deliver measurable results for prominent higher education clients.

What You'll Do

  • Direct the development and execution of media buying strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals
  • Negotiate media rates and secure placements across digital, print, broadcast, and other channels
  • Analyze campaign performance data and continuously refine tactics to maximize ROI and efficiency
  • Lead collaboration with creative, planning, and account management teams
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients on media trends and market opportunities
  • Manage media budgets and vendor relationships to ensure optimal resource allocation
  • Mentor and develop junior media buying professionals
