Your Responsibilities Welcome new customers and lead structured onboarding so they achieve first value quickly and confidently. Schedule and run regular check-in calls to understand client objectives, surface concerns, and reinforce best practices. Monitor account health signals and step in early with tailored action plans when usage or satisfaction trends shift. Partner closely with sales, support, and product colleagues to escalate complex issues and deliver coordinated resolutions. Share product guidance and usage tips through virtual training sessions, enabling materials, and one-on-one coaching. Log every interaction and update CRM records accurately to keep the full internal team aligned. Spot expansion signals within existing accounts and assist the wider team with growth conversations. Requirements Previous experience in customer service, account coordination, or another client-facing role is preferred. Clear verbal and written communication skills suited to remote conversations and written updates. Strong organizational habits and the ability to juggle multiple accounts without dropping details. Comfort with CRM platforms and standard productivity tools used to track activity and outcomes. A curious, problem-solving approach and eagerness to learn customer success methodologies. Self-direction and reliability when working independently from a home office in the United States. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
