What This Role Involves

The Associate Study Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the successful execution of clinical trials. Responsibilities include coordinating study activities, managing participant data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations for assigned studies, including scheduling visits and appointments.
• Ensure accurate and timely collection of participant data in accordance with study protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Support the preparation of study documentation, such as case report forms and adverse event reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth trial execution and participant safety.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in clinical research or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with clinical trial regulations and data management systems.
