About This Position As an Associate Client Advising Consultant at Highmark Health, you'll be the trusted expert and strategic partner for our business clients. The position is based in our Western, PA office and includes approximately 25 to 50 percent travel to client sites and company locations. What You'll Do Manage a portfolio of client accounts in collaboration with sales and account management teams, maintaining deep expertise in complex and emerging products Educate and train clients on communications, member engagement, implementation strategies, and new product initiatives to drive successful adoption Serve as the primary product expert, diagnosing and resolving client-specific challenges related to product design, processes, and deployment Identify expansion opportunities and support sales efforts to grow existing client relationships and acquire new business Plan and deliver implementation presentations, client workshops, and consultative meetings that address client needs and objections Develop and execute customized marketing plans for key accounts, leveraging company resources and market insights to support client success Facilitate member-facing meetings, webinars, and events in formats ranging from in-person to virtual to recorded Who We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a closely related field; alternatively, six years of progressive experience in a related role Minimum one year of relevant, progressive experience in product management, client advising, or a similar discipline State-specific Producer's License for Life, Accident & Health insurance (must be obtained within 45 days of hire if not already held) Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in client-facing situations Knowledge of both business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing practices Strong analytical capabilities…
