About the Role
As Associate Business Development Director for Clinical Technologies, you'll take ownership of market opportunities and customer relationships that shape how healthcare organizations access IQVIA's clinical solutions. Your focus will span business development, account growth, and strategic partnerships that create lasting value for both clients and the organization.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the clinical technology market
- Develop and execute account expansion strategies with existing clients
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key healthcare decision-makers
- Drive revenue growth across IQVIA's clinical technology portfolio
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs
- Present clinical technology value propositions and solutions to prospects and partners
What We're Looking For
You bring a proven background in business development, clinical technology sales, or healthcare technology with demonstrated success building relationships and closing deals. You're self-motivated, strategic in your approach, and energized by creating new business opportunities.
- Experience in healthcare sales, clinical technology, or related business development
- Track record of successful account management and revenue growth
- Strong communication and presentation skills for multiple audience levels
- Ability to navigate complex healthcare environments and stakeholder dynamics
- Strategic mindset with proven problem-solving capabilities
- Must reside in the Southeastern Chester County region
